Chairman and Chief Technology Officer

Passionate in design of data collection processes, analytics of social psychological determinants, and systematic segmentation of care strategies, through the application of intelligent knowledge of bigdata AI. Peter So is the founder of Global Mobility Laboratory (GML), a mobile health IT company founded in 2005 in Singapore. GML provides a bigdata system of epidemiology surveillance and mobile communication platforms, currently used by two-third of public hospitals in Singapore.

Over 25 years of Hong Kong public service experience in public policy engagement and formulation, project implementation and operation covering portfolios including health and medical, manpower and labour, culture and the arts, social welfare, transport, international trade and investment promotion as well as cultural and educational exchanges.
